  Our Waitress was fantastic. But the food was okay. Had to send the Stake back. I asked for medium and got well done. Got new stake, half of it was fine, and the other half was a little to done, but it was okay.

  Today: questionable smells in the restroom. Steak was cold. Waitress grabbed plate as soon as I finished the last mouthful. No spoon provided with dessert. What is odd is that I would have given this 4 stars last time I came. Seems like the Chef-Waitress team component has a bit of work needed.Ingredients good, ambience good. Food cold. Cutlery non-existent.

  That's it! I've been forced to leave a not so good review. The food is good, but the customer service is horrible! The last 2 times I've been, the person helping me treated me like I wasn't a customer. But some stranger begging for food. First, a manager there didn't take down my order correctly then got combative when I needed to drive all the way back to get the right thing. I was going to let this go until tonight. I went today and a guy helping me at curbside was so rude about me asking if I could slightly change something on my order. I am not a bothersome guest. But it sucks going to a restaurant when you have to feel like you had better not need anything extra! I hate it. They need customer service classes!
